Start with the Android installation guide. If your phone shows a different screen, send a screenshot with your phone model and Android version.
Payment or licence delivery
Include the email address you used at Stripe Checkout. Do not send payment card details.
Phone replacement
If you need to move a one device licence to a replacement phone, contact support so the registered device can be reset after appropriate checks.
